Description

This is another try at finding an attractive background for the rosebud I introduced in yesterday's upload here: Preference? This picks up tennesseecowgirl's suggestion of a burgandy background and I added a spotlight effect. I've got one more idea, so you may see this one more time in another day or two if I can make it work. Thanks for stopping by, Bill:)

Oh wow it turned out beautiful, I am glad my suggestion worked. I love how the leaves are appearing to be reaching out, where are my 3-D glasses lol beautiful work my friend. And glad you liked my Rock City barn, I will be sure to find more. Have a super weekend.

I don't know, it misses DOF with the purple background, maybe you should add a shadow , or the big blurred green leaf on the lower right margin in the original.

The plant looks great with the added spotlight and burgundy effects, Bill! It even has glowing edges, which helps contrast it against the dark background. And, Rosebud was the name of Citizen Kane's sled in that highly honored film.
