How frustrating! everything in this image is so very beautiful! nice sense of depth, nice feeling of tranquil countryside... but the positioning of the tree stump and bird...right bang in the middle of the image! Was that done on purpose? central line & focal point hardly ever work. It breaks up the image in two, and stops the eye from moving from one side of the image to the other. If only the stump &bird were a bit to the left (using either the 'rule of thirds' or the 'golden rule')...
