Description

I guess watching Buffy on DVD in my whole freetime has its side-effects on me. And I longed to make a classical vampire picture with a little twist. I think it turned out well. The vampire girl was inspired by Spike with a lot of GlamRock touch. I wanted to have a subtle erotic feeling mixed with a bit of more or less hidden sadness.

I think this just turned out smashing! Wooow, I thought to myself this is really powerful stuff. Firstly there is the magnificent pale purple color scheme, and then that hand-crafted background just stuffed with props but those characters, that sensual posing and the overall powerful portraiture just make this image rock.

This is a great picture.. I love the tone of the picture..really dark and foreboding.. You should really watch the HBO show Trueblood for more vampire inspirations.
