Looks like a surf board on the beach... Perhaps a bonfire could add lighting to the beach area or change the orientation of the camera so that the sunset lights the beach. The title suggest a beach as the center of attention, however, the sunset is overpowering the scene and drawing one's attention to itself rather than the scene at the beach.

I like the lighting for the beach, it doesn't have to be the image centre to be the topic for the pic...my only suggestion on this one would be to get rid of the large rocks on LHS and make them smaller, like a small rubble pile, then the water reflections in that area would be more interesting and make your eye turn towards the beach....keep them coming ;)

the surfboard really is a surprise... people usually just make a beach but somehow the board makes the scene more natural... cool stuff sparkz...

wow.. thats very realistic, this has got to be my favorite of the three so far, and better than anything i've done trying to catch the same atmosphere with terragen. can't wait to see more sparkz ;)
