Description
Last year as I rode down the Santa Ana River towards the beach, I discovered this heron hiding in the grass. I posted him then** but played around and fiddled and postworked and came up with this version.

I just saw (& commented on) the original, and it was beautiful. Your transformation is a kind of night-moon shot, highlighting its head as if it were singled out by angels. It's very well done, and it has an air of beatitude this way. Playful but inspired, and serious too. A nice pair, would make a nice montage too...fine work on your original.
