Description
My last shot from Skansen.
This is a reconstruction of a typical city street.
I'm not sure if these are original buildings or if they were constructed specifically for this reconstruction.
Either way, it is a most interesting place to visit. Most of the buildings are open to the public and have members of staff dressed in costume appropriate to the period of the structure who are able to give all sorts of information about the building.

I believe to a large extent that some of them were dissasembled from other parts of sweden and some, like the hardware store were built afresh, but the contents were from original oldworldy hardware stores. Nice view in this shot, just love the way the road rises at the end. Again the colours are vibrant.
