My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

It was ... what? 1967? The world was small and danced to the same beat. My cousin sometimes played me that record, Disraeli Gears. It had a busy sleeve, all in reds and oranges, that seemed to be concealing a mystery. Yes, mysteries were easy to come by, then. Your photographs of them are a testimony to your affinity with flowers.

First off, lovely color, clarity, lighting and textures in this macro of the unusual dahlia bloom. Second off, I never heard of that song, and up until the mid 1970s, I'd heard them all.
