Yep, I'm outta here shortly. Though I won't be drivin this Chevy, I'll be in my trusty red Ranger!!
Got my bike, my dog (well, Jordan's dog,and ol Barger will be staying in Truckee, sniff, sniff), my "stuff", and as soon as I'm done here, my laptop. Off to see the wizard, and anyone else who crosses my path.

Darn it, I was hoping that was your Chevy. Vivid colors, chrome and lighting. I recognize the Beach Boys, Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin in your list, but that's about it. As for the title, where is Willie Nelson, one of my all time favorites?

Let's see, 1942 pickup, or 1946? Or neither? Lovely dead-on shot that gets right to the point of things. I love the shiny chrome( they just don't do chrome like that any more...or at all )and those great distorted reflections in the hood! Beautiful! Have a fun and safe trip and don't forget the Doors and Beatles.
