Description
Serenity's parents participate in the Trifecta Venatorius. I did a portrait of her last year if you'd like to see how she's grown. :)
Let me tell you a fun story:
I was working on this portrait and kept thinking, "She looks so much like Kayla!" (Meisiekind's granddaughter.) So one day Carin and I were gabbing on the headset, and I sent her this shot. Kayla happened to be sitting right there having her breakfast, and Carin showed Kayla (now three years old) this picture and said, "Kayla, who's this?" Kayla replied without hesitation, "It's Kayla!"
They aren't twins by any means, but the resemblance is quite striking! Here's one of my favorite portraits that Carin has done of Kayla

How much fun to see Serenity a year later, and to see that she still has those drop dead gorgeous eyes. And you are correct in the resemblance between the two girls...amazing. Quick story...in 7th grade a new girl entered mid-year and all of a sudden my friends came and said I had to meet her that we looked just alike. It was uncanny how we resembled each other from hair style to body size to eye glass frames. Maybe we all have an unrelated twin out there in the universe, and I was fortunate to meet mine.
