My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Hey, I missed this one...it was in my non-commenting stretch between Aug 13th and Sep 6th or so. How very like the results in my "Hospitality" pic. This Manhattan is almost the same color as my White Zin...this is more nutty brown, but close. What do I see in the top of the glass? Venetian blinds, a scene that is reminiscent of the old, extinct volcano down at the end of Waikiki Beach in Honolulu (see the mountain and the blue water?), and lower down some long vertical lines from architectual features in the room. What we should do is make a series. I'd like to see more of your house. Let me suggest,...take a glass of some reflectivity into each room in your home...fiddle with lighting and your camera settings to your heart's content, and take a picture similar to this. The test for your viewers would then be, "What do you see and what room is this?". I will try one such shot this weekend...it'll be an upcoming post, assuming it works:) And if it works, we'll have another something unique. Hmmmm, I've got some Creme de Menthe with a nice green color. But it is probably too dark to really see through.
