Description
As I mentioned, after the San Diego Naval Training Center closed it was transfered to private developers to convert to civilian use. A lot of the new businesses are mundane enterprises like a supermarket, hair salon, or fitness center.
The most outstanding business I found is a restaurant called Solare' it offers a mixture of tapas and upscale Italian cuisine. While the inside is very traditional white linen, fine china and crystal with dark colors it has also converted one of the covered walkways into a great open air dining area. This is it.
