Description
Monday morning, about 6:30. I wanted to catch the sun coming up over the lake, but it didn't cooperate. It came up behind me and the only way I could have caught it was to be on the other side. But I still love the colors; it's just a beautiful time of day.

Reminds me of when I was waiting for a sunrise in Hilo....couldn't see any colors coming up but all the action of colors was behind me. Your capture is beautiful. Aloha

It tends to come up in the east, no matter what shot we want! LOL! This turned out great. The light on the far shore is gorgeous, and the reflections are so dark and rich! Beautiful image.
