Description
Early morning, before the rest of the boats get out and stir things up. It's still quiet on Donner Lake and my favorite time of the day here.

even in tranquil morning waters, there is light & power, and you captured it here. A simple shot, I'm glad you left out the sky (it emphasizes the all-presence of the water), and the boat is a wonderful break of the symmetry. Simple & eloquent and so well seen. I've been on lakes like this & this is just how they feel early in the morning...
