So...this is where I hang on Renderosity...
PLEASE take a minute out of your busy day and click this link:
http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/clickToGive/home.faces?siteId=3
They're having trouble getting enough FREEÂ CLICKS to feed the animals. It's free, not filled with spyware and these people need help feeding the critters. In this economy you may not be able to do much, but you can take a minute to click on the link--click the button and feed a hungry critter. Thank you.
Â
I've been playing with Poser for a few years now. I don't consider myself an artist, but Poser makes it possible for some of the pictures in my head to find release...I think that's kind of cool.
I live in Denver Colorado with my electrician husband, two Filas named Shiva and Thunder;Â two Cavies--- AKA Guinea Pigs named Tweak and Renfield plus the Iron Paw Kitten that runs this household ragged, Arabella. I'm an astrologer and psychic by trade---Poser person for relaxation and I create characters for Poser---just to feed the habit.
I am a Premier artist over at Renderotica as well as being top tester over there for the last five years. I also test for various merchants here at Rosity and am available to do testing---just send a site mail. I tend to be very thorough, though---so if you are looking for someone to really dig and find any problems--- then I'm the one. :)

Here's a link about Filas to give you a better idea of my room-mates:

Now we have one Fila. Shiva died from old age Saturday, October 20th, 2007 at 5:45 AM. She was going to be 17 on February 25, 2008. I can't believe what an enormous hole she left in our house. It's like the heart of the house is gone.
And now we have a kitten---see above. The Incredible Miss Itty Bitty Pretty Shitty Kitty Mitty Maow Maow, AKA Arabella and a few other colorful names I won't mention here out of a sense of decorum. She has miles and MILES of attitude...

This is an exceptional render. Very collected and serene. Too bad I can only rate it once. Good "Public Service Announcement". I heartily concur. Best of Luck to you two.

yeah hard call Laura... if it weren't for generous people like yourself, allowing me to render their products... even in the crappy way that i do... then I guess I wouldn't be the artist I could dream of never being. I came to a conclusion a long time ago.. eat... or buy Poser product... I'm not dead, so I guess I must graze on enough grass on the lawn. Hard times... hard decisions.. and some rich bugger said, "Life is Easy", somebody shoot that guy will ya! Now... Hidden Winds!!!! enough already... you've already found the amazing beauty in that pack... possibly the best pack for Poser I have ever seen, and you do it so much justice. Fabi will be proud of you!

VERY impressive image. Best of luck for the iminent future. Keep those characters and creations of yours coming forward. THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST I have seen and used in a longtime. I Look forward to coming home from the mines and creating images utilising your products. Malice and Mayhem have inspired me and taken me to new places. I cannot thank you enough for providing with these tools.

Great render and words. Yes, life can be hard and take strange turns when you least expect them. Either by personal tragedies (loss of people), illness or loss of work. Each person has the strenght to give and share. Sometimes small, sometimes big. Material things or just friendship and kindness. Many of those are lost since people lead a hectic live or just forget. But when you take a moment to give a little dont you get a lot ? That smile on someones face, the knowledge that the other has it a little easier. I wish you very good fortune and luck for you and your family. stephan

Very nice image, Super pose and lighting, beautiful!! Just hope that things start looking up for you and all others on here that find themselves in the same situation.. I too have been in a similar situation and am only work part time at my job when the work is there.. but always try to give to others knowing that as you give you also receive back, maybe not straight away but when its needed, I've never been without, but may not have abundance, but always got through when needed.. God Bless!!

Wonderful image and very powerful and moving words. I work at Inter-Faith Treasure House where we give out food boxes, assist with rent, power and other utilities. I've seen so many people espcially in the last year or so coming in, asking for help. For a lot, it is their first time. We rely on donations of food and clothing and other items. the clothing we sell and that gives us money to buy more food to help people. For those of you who have the time, donate some time to help out places like Treasure House. They can always use more help!

Laura... you have developed much more than a Poser skill... In my oppinion, you are a terrific person, and your art is just a small reflection of who you are... I totally agree... with ALL the words you said... in a whole sense, with no change even to a comma... NO ONE of us could be who we are without all those "strangers" that fill out our working days, and maybe more... As D. said, YES I am super proud of you... for all this, for being simply you. May I join the pray? Please let me in :)
