Description

I posted a portrait of Tré from last year's Trifecta, which you can see here if you've a mind to. He's a great kid, and as you can see, he never minds having his picture taken! (If I were half so photogenic, I wouldn't mind either!) His parents participate in The Hunt every year, and this year Tré helped out a lot. He helped set up for the games, and whenever we needed someone to hold a cup or run a timer or say "ready set go," he was right there. He can't WAIT to be old enough to drive around and be a full participant! This is the second generation of the Trifecta Venatorius in the making. Announcer Voice, please: ... And The Tradition Continues ...

wow, the older shot is a whole other capture, amazing how people can have so many different personalities in photographs...This, because of your b&w, is all about tone; and the tone here feels golden and shining. A wonderful relaxed smile, and nice tilt into the frame. And the dark above him is in such nice harmony with his head. Just a fine portrait all around, and a lovely face; you've captured a warm rich person in that face, and the b&w brings out the warmth so sweetly. Well Tara, I know I only have 2 more to go (including your powerful poem), but I have to go, as I have things I have to finish (it's 8:30 here), so I'll sign off at around 20 images. it's been wonderful to walk in your highly intelligent and at the same time highly intuitive universe, and in your glittering & shimmering universe too. Lots of worlds here. This is a beautiful portrait, and it's always nice how you extend things like the Trifecta over many days in your gallery, making your family ours...
