Description

Sunset again at the beach, my favorite pier. That's someone's fishing line you across part of the foto. I thought about taking it out, then thought, "Well, that's dumb--people DO really fish on this pier!!"

Those pier poles looks like match sticks. Like its golden color and hope that guy hooks up to the big one. Nice capture. Aloha

Excellent golden light Marilyn and the POV is stunning! I would actually take that line out. To me it distracts a little of the beauty of the image! But that's just me... LOL... :)

Love that golden light! Of course if those pilings were gold they'd be long gone, and the pier would be underwater...

I'm glad you left the line. It's a great touch, and not worth the potential clone marks to take it out. Great light, and a wonderful shot!

And with gold currently going at around a thousand bucks an ounce, this photo is priceless! Terrific POV to bring out the angled repetition of the glittering posts, plus the great water textures, M!

I like this a lot! You captured the gold perfectly and I agree that the fishing line should be left where it is. I think that the single fishing line adds a different dimension to the whole image...it opens it up in a different direction and as a painting this would work perfectly since it takes the eye in a different direction. This is super! And yeah, I'm counting down.

Gold is most definitely your color in this wonderful pier POV.
