... There is one person who isn't on this list but we wish were here. Bill (bmac62) was a big part of the original plan, but he's home with his feet up, recovering from surgery. Bill, we love you, and will miss you like crazy this weekend! ...

The bell is from MooseRidge Gardens. If it looks familiar, it's because I posted a really closeup shot of just PART of the bell a few weeks ago, and promised one day I would show you the whole bell. See? I CAN take a picture of ALL of something! :P

Thanks for the invite. You guys will have a blast! If I hadn't gone to San Diego LAST weekend I would have planned to join you guys. My bank account, my family and my sandpaper eyeballs would mutiny against me if I was gone 2 weekends in a row. You'll just have to plan the second annual writer's/photographer's meeting so I can make it!! By the way, this photo of the bell is absolutely beautiful. You captured it well - awesome textures. Is the sound as rich, deep and somber as it looks?

Chicago,.....rolled through it a few times recently, but it's been a while since I've stopped. I'll have to make sure I have on the proper Packer attire for this epic occasion. My mom will be accompanying us as well, she's read so many of the comments left on Cheri's and my posts, and is completely intrigued that people we had never met could possibly be so warm and caring. I'll try really hard to be on my best behavior,....but I'm not promising anything! This is going to be soooo cool! Okay, maybe I'll forgo the Packer stuff.
