Description

Alright Ladies and Gentlemen . . . and those not so gentle--Robustus is in the Marketplace! Like the Skywyrm there is a tutorial in the documentation with the Robustus, only it is not as complicated as the previous one. The process has been simplified as a result of a simpler wing setup. The Tips and Tricks section of the documentation is important, so if you buy him, please have a read over. It mentions how to deal with a Poser issue I discovered when creating the skywyrm. It's a heads up basically incase you run into the same issue I did. That and there is some other useful info. There is only one texture with this one, though I'm sure I'll end up making more. Also, there is a saddle in the works for this as well. I tried with the Skywyrm, but that one really isn't condusive to a saddle. This dragon was modeled with a saddle in mind. It's been started, and is already coming out better than the saddle I did for my Flatback or Campustergum (that dragon has some gum\inner lip problems which means I have to remodel and remap part of the mouth! Grrr!) Also, as per the release of this dragon, my Skywyrm and Skywyrm Skins are on sale until October 1st, at 15% off. If you are insterested, have a gander. If you buy the Robustus and want the templates, email me and I will send them. I will get them posted on Sharecg.com at some point though, as well as an additionl set of membranes I'm doing that aren't so big. They will still be dynamic of coarse. Anyways, the Robustus, like the Skywyrm also comes with some preset poses and pre-simulated membranes to fit those poses to make throwing quick images togeather easy. And, being that the arms and legs are not confined by the membranes, posing them and the neck and head is still an option outside of the props without any issues. Okay I've been rambling enough. This wasn't supposed to be the next dragon availalbe, but like I said, the Campustergum ran into some issues, and the Effloresper is going through a major overhaul. heh. But now that I've been reduced to part time at work thanks to the company expanding and about 300 jobs being replaced by robots, I'll have more time to dedicate myself to my cg, which means you should see more stuff in the store over the next while, and some more free stuff. I've got an update on my alien planned soon and I'd like to get back to the predator stuff at some point. If you read all that, well . . . I salute you. :) Cheers Darrin Smith Swidhelm

Dude, sorry to hear about your hours getting cutback. Hopefully, the money you'll make from this awesome looking beastie will help compensate you! You've created another fantastic looking dragon. Well done.
