Description

I've been under the weather since last Saturday; been home from work Monday and today, but I think I'm ready to go back tomorrow... ready or not here I come!!! Today, I happen to look out my dining room window and saw this lovely deer .. SO close to the house. I quickly ran upstairs to get my camera, and managed to take quite a few pictures through the window. But what amazed me was how comfortable this deer and my cat Boris were around each other. The deer did, though, however, come a bit too close to Boris - out of curiosity I think, and Boris felt it was too close for comfort. lol Love the expression on Boris' face as she moves away from the deer. Sadly though ... see the deers back leg? It was broken .. not sure if it healed wrong or what, but when he steps on it, it doesn't stay straight. :( Anyway, This was a priceless moment, and one I wanted to share with you ... :) Thanks for dropping in and for any comments you may leave. Shari ***************************************************************** ***************************************************************** Thank you for your kind comments and Favs on my previous upload!!: "At Sunset....". thumb_1950145.jpg

I'm glad Boris didn't feel the need to try and bring down the deer; she must be well-fed! Great collage of interaction, wonder what the deer thought of Boris?

Shari, yes it is me back just for a fleeting moment to say HI! This is an amazing few pics of such a wonderful scene of two animals exploring each other. The look on your cats face is priceless though I have to say. Oh poor Deer I do hope that she will be okay and can survive! Hope you stay well, was it the Fibro playing you up do you think? hugs Jane xx

Nice run of shots in this collage, Sharilyn! Yes, the young deer's leg does appear to be a bit askew. Is there an animal control center you could have phoned? Perhaps they could have come out and rescued the homeless waif. As for Boris, who looks a bit overweight, cat's are just genetically curious.
