Description

“So how did you get the name ‘Colonel Bone’,” I asked. Colonel Reginald Bontempts flashed me a surprisingly sheepish grin and said, “I grew up near New Orleans, out by in bayou country. The 22nd century had a hard time reachin’ us there. When I was a kid, I was the mischievous sort, always in some kinda of trouble. Pullin’ girl’s hair, cuttin’ class, picking fights with the bigger kids – I really liked doing that, especially the bullies. Anyway, one of my teachers – Ms. Jackson was her name – caught me pummelin’ a particularly nasty bully named Arnie Lebeau. Ms Jackson grabbed me by the collar and said, ‘Reginald Bontempts, there ain’t no good in you, boy, you’re bad straight to the bone.’ Somehow the name stuck.” Excerpt from Battleground Earth: Scenes from the Front Lines. Excellence once more. This is such a man's scene, G.I. Joe written all over it, and yep, truly bad to the bone! Every single thing about this scene is pure perfection shadow, lighting, setup - and the expression on Mr B-Bone himself, M3 - again, I love love love that you use him so much - always will be a favorite of mine. Bravo!
