Description
Bernie had his yearly visit to see Mike the vet, (he has been my vet for 21 years & as all you animal lovers will know, you must have confidence in your vet, which I have 100%) Last year he told me Bernie had a bad heart & he could basically collapse &!!!!!!! We are a year on & he was pleased with the way Bernie looks, his heart is still bad but he has a very easy life, with no pressures (apart from the girls) & we take good care of him so hopefully he will be with us for many years to come.

My goodness Barbara I cannot believe it is 21 years since we first chose Mike as our Vet!!! Bless little Bernie he is so well cared for, I am sure he still has many years left, and he looks adorable in this photo. Strangely enough my Mistapus was seen by Mike last week and as you know he has HCM, but his heart sounded worse too. Like Bernie my Mistapus has a very quiet life, I am sure both will give us many years of love and pleasure yet, they have to do. hugs Janice and pets xxxx

Bernie is a very handsome cat. My cat, WC, also has a heart condition. Hypertropic cardiomyopothy. They gave him maybe 2yrs. It has been 8yrs and he is seems to be doing fine. I'll keep Bernie and you in my prayers. He will be around for a long time to come because you give him so much love. Give him hugs from me and WC. Great photo.

How lovely he is ! I hope for him and for you he will live a very long life. I also love cats, and had 3 during the last 25 years. Perhaps I'll soon get another to keep my little shih tzu company !... Nice shot !
