I'm not sure what all to say about myself, I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA) and work as a graphic designer/computer technician for a print shop. I have a BS in Historic Preservation, but wasn't willing to go on for a Master's Degree, nor was I interested in teaching, so I found another career. I discovered Bryce way back when version 1 came out, but I didn't really get serious about the program, or 3D art in general, until a few years ago. When I'm not in front of the computer, I'm either making costumes or wearing them to a renaissance festival, or building a new rock-sculpture, or possibly wandering with a camera.
When I'm not making something, odds are I'm reading from my far too wide range of interests: Astronomy, Cosmology, Physics, Archeology, Anthropology, History, Current Events, NASA (of course) and anything else that happens to catch my attention. It's really hard to find enough time to do all of the things I want to be doing! What drew me to Renderosity is the many excellent artists who continue to inspire me to push myself as an artist. More recently I've added a selection of stuff to another online gallery location:http://nefariousdro.deviantart.com/ÂÂ

WOW!! I have to admit your queen is much more beautiful than ours at Bristol! The dress is very becoming, she looks every bit the queen she portrays. I really wanted so badly to make it over there this year, and the grounds look incredible, permanent buildings add so much to the ambiance. I hereby promise that we will make this fair in 2010, I was hoping to see your handy work in person this year, but we had a lot of out of the ordinary circumstances to deal with in early August and on. Fantastic capture, thank you so much for sharing and taunting us with it!

Beautiful! And yes, quite regal looking on her trusty steed. (I, of course, being the consummate horse lover, am much more personally taken with the horse..grin). And do you find that she bears a striking resemblance to a very young Madonna, only much, much softer overall? It struck me immediately really. The dress..well..from a woman's perspective, is to utterly die for. Lovely feminine sleeves, fitted bodice, and my, but that delicious color. Wonderful capture, Michael. And, again, thanks for sharing this.

More superb work...I can actually hear music with this. Great stuff! I don't know why, but I'm in the mood to hear that 14th Century Salterello played by Dead Can Dance on one of their early albums. This image just makes me think of that, and I love the light! Fantastic work!
