My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Awesome capture.

Great. Bring on the doors...the architecture, not the rock group! This one is gorgeous. I am trying to figure out if that is sand piled up behind you or is it rock/stone? This doorway is of a classic style.

The glass has character, all in the reflections. There is a character I do not see though - the photographer! Well done on hiding for this stunning shot! Great number too! Clive

This is beautiful. Our house has lead glass like this. I love the fact that it's not perfectly straight and has waves.

Beautiful shot! The imperfect panes add a lot to the mood. I grew up in Chicago and never tired of the beautiful architecture around me.

I say they ought to bring back the old brass kick plate on all double doors. They just really make a great first impression. Wonderful shot and congrats on managing to hide yourself from view and still get a super straight-on shot!
