Description
I lay awake at night
Dreaming about the stars
But its hard to see the moon
Through all the tears
We used to sit on the edge
Of the big dipper
And share each others dreams
But our dreams are just dreams now
I wish I could blame it on you
Or blame it on me
But sometimes
That’s just the way it has to be
I am lucky though
It only hurts so bad
Because I was able
To fall so deeply in love
As always if you think this one is for you, well this time you are wrong sometimes they are just for me and this one is just for me. Thank you to all of my friends you are in my heart always

Hello my friends I hope you don't every worry about me hahaha. I write so many poems from the feelings I get when I listen to sad music or a tear jerker movie and sometimes they are from different parts of my life but in real life I am very seldom depressed it just seems that way haha. Ah Randy, good of you to set my mind at ease! One of my sons and I are also very prone to get soggy during emotional scenes in movies. I love watching movies with him because we can smile at each other through our tears, with no embarrassment, knowing we're both hopeless cases. I love the imagery in this piece. It beautifully expresses the feeling of boundless horizons when you have a close connection with someone. Having described that so well the reader understands and feels the great pain when it is lost. Very nice!
