Description

Just thought I would put an update here about my buddy Talkie. He came home last night from the Vet. He is in good spirits for the most part and seems like most of his pain is gone. Still have a lot of blood and slight swelling in the left eye. And the Dr does think he will be blind permanently in that left eye. But time will tell. But he is eating and drinking and purring. A big thank you to all who took time to wish him well and showed such great concern. I really appreciated it and thank you all so much. This really is a great community with so many fine people here. I feel blessed to know so many of you. He goes back to the Dr. Monday morn for a check up. I will put up more when I have news. Thanks again. Bruce

He is a lucky chap, both to be getting better, and most of all to have you as his person!

I am glad to hear he is doing better. I know just being home has to help him. I'll continue to pray for healing! He looks like he can take care of himself so I know the "other guy" looks worse. He is lucky to have you to love him. GET WELL TALKIE!! WE ARE ALL PULLING FOR YOU!!

Bruce, so glad you posted this. Talkie is looking pretty happy to be home. And tired... :-) It is too bad he will have eye damage but at least he will have his wits and you will still have him... I'll be waiting to hear what the doctor says on Monday.
