Nice shot showing lots of detail in the black areas! That guardhouse looks like a remake of Dr. Who's telephone booth.

NIce photo. Love the window in the main building. The uniforms look good from the front. The tailcoat looking thing on the back of the one guard detracts quite a bit from the uniform.

Great Britain at it's best, we love tradition. Well captured. A bit of info for those who might want to visit...... The Household Division is made up of seven Regiments. These comprise: The Household Cavalry Regiment The Life Guards and The Blues and Royals; and the five regiments of foot: The Grenadier Guards The Coldstream Guards The Scots Guards The Irish Guards The Welsh Guards These are some of the best soldiers in the British Army and have fought in virtually every major area of conflict with great distinction since the 17th Century. They also take an active role in protecting their Sovereign; at night they patrol the grounds of both Buckingham Palace and St. James's Palace. The Guard Change at Buckingham Palace takes place at 11:30 daily from May until the end of July and on alternate days for the rest of the year, weather permitting.
