Description

Received many site mail questions, from my September 22nd posting, of my “Welcome Home” Gecko. Checking out one of our electrical boxes and found this Gecko nest. Added my finger for perspective. I could pack up a few dozen eggs and send them overnight if anybody is interested. :>) HaHa! The brown particles are mostly insect parts and Gecko waste. Thanks for stopping by, taking a peak and for all your previous comments and favs. Dana

They are so fragile that to relocate them - I have to roll them onto a piece of paper.

No gecko's over here, but I did have a slug in a fuse box once, caused a short and knocked out the trip ,the slug didn't make it.

When I lived "back home" it was not unusual to find these eggs hidden in all sorts of places in the garden. I even hatched some in a shoebox one year. :-) Great shot!

Geckos are among my favorite animals but I never knew where they came from. Unfortunately I have never seen one here in California. Thanks for the great photo and information.

I suppose something that small had to come out of a small something! They do look incredibly fragile and tiny. I would still have one as a pet but don't think I would want the waste dotted all around the house! Nice capture. Thank you for the dedication.
