Gorgeous shot!!!! I revisited Yellowstone a couple of years ago, Worked there back in the late 60's.. Couldn't belive the changes. The Fire did quite a lot of damage, but it's recovering well. The area around the upper geyser basin had really changed.. Still beautiful, but definitly different...

Bill, some of the brown is from yellow evening sunlight, however this is an older pic that was taken in 1990 after the great fire. Lots of the brown is due to fire damage.
