Description

two shots from this special village. The left is the roof of the house on the left shown in thee right spicture. So it is really steep up there and the houses are coveres with stones from the region to keep up with the sometimes rough winters.. Thanks for viewing and for your comments and favs on my previous upload and may you have a fine day!

The houses look very, very "countryside" ! Great work! And the information is very helpful!

Love this series in the high mountain villages. Excellent collage once again. It is hard to imagine life in a village of 19. The first rule must be...get along with your neighbor!

Nice shot of the natural life in mountains, but for 19 citizens...the life must be less beautiful than your shot !!!

Stellar POVs and details in this collage, Ulla! Love those roof shingles! I wonder if the 19 inhabitants have access to the many electronic amenities out there....dish/cable television, cellphones, blackberries, Ipods, toasters, blenders, dishwashers, heating pads, etc.

It does look like it could have harsh winters. I think it would be incredible to live in a village so small and so isolated. Amazing shots and a fabulous presentation.

Think they may use up more floor space for stairways than for closets, livingrooms, kitchens, etc.!
