The boat was just leaving Avalon Bay--I turned around to see this. It is a beautiful place!!

So neat! Your colors are always "Marilyn's colors". And take that as a compliment. You consistently have maybe more vibrant colors than I do. I know where the vibrant increase slider is in PS...but that isn't the answer. This photo gives us a very well composed parting shot of what must have been a very memorable couple of days with your sister. Well done once again.

Oh how wonderful Marilyn... however - there is a sadness in the image - for me anyway! It is probably the "departing" bit that I so intensely dislike! :)

I can generally pick out Southern California from a stack of photos. :-) This has that look about it with the coastal hills and stucco shops right up to the water's edge. I like the mood of this one.
