Description

This is the last portrait I have from the Trifecta. I wanted to wait until Halloween to post this one ... not because he's frightening, but because he's responsible for the decorations around here, and I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you. This is Lance, aka "Lancelot," aka "Two-Sheds." Halloween decorator, Civil War reenactor (Union Army), 2008 Trifecta Venatorius MVP, former dart league partner, impromptu comedian, my upstairs neighbor/tenant, and my friend of ... gosh ... it must be 15 or 16 years. Lance can quote you any Monty Python skit in its entirety, including the movies. I can't tell you how excited he was to get that second shed ... for the storage of course, but also for the nickname "Two-Sheds." The man is just not normal.

So glad you put this up just before I go to bed! I was wondering what manner of man did all that Halloween stuff, and now I get to see him! He looks such good fun, and obviously IS!

Hats off to you, Lance! But you get to keep your Seahawk hat on. Thanks Tara for the introduction. Think you had Lance in one of the former year Halloween pix too but this is a very good full size portrait...you are really getting a handle on this portraiture stuff:)

Fantastic portrait and a wonderful revelation of the face behind the decorations and stories. You do such good portraits and it's also funny how he looks a bit like a friend of mine...a guy in Texas named Dave. Great work that drips with personality.
