Description

(More bug comic;) Here is Bryan's House sitter, Patrick. While Bryan studies little bugs in Newfin or Newland or whatever that little town is called, (Patrick can't remember), Patrick makes sure that the plants on the upstairs deck are watered. And this made him think of the Best Party Idea Ever. He's taken out Bryan's mattress and shoved it in a closet, lined the bed frame with a plastic bed liner liberated from the Botanical Gardens next door, and he's going to make a Pond, complete with Botanical Garden water lilies and floating candles (which I think will not go well with the plastic liner) He's invited 20 of his closest friends from the School of Music and Drama, he's got a caterer, (who can't read his writing, so they are making stuff for a "kids party" instead of a "cast party") and his only disappointment is that Bryan can't come, though Patrick sent him an invitation (addressed to "Bryan in Newfin"). Patrick knows this party will be legendary, and he's right. It's a good thing the bedroom is over a small empty parking garage. The wire hanging down over the vase is where the Alison Mayhem poster was: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1969786 (Patrick hated that poster, despite his crazy hair, he actually is a very talented opera/classical singer) and next to the vase is last month's very old water bill..or rather the second notice of the water bill. Patrick took a copy to Mrs. Kim where she works in the Law Library, because it had to be wrong--it had too many zeroes. This is why Mrs. Kim called Bryan (you can see the note on the chalkboard in A.M. Donuts) A.M. Donuts href> Mrs. Kim thinks Bryan should release Patrick back into the wild, but Bryan said that Patrick just couldn't live unassisted;) He's right, of course. Patrick is unusual for a mer in that he looks Irish, not Asian. He's got the ears, though! ________________________ Bryan's fancy apartment is made up of Mapp's Walls Abound. I hadn't realized the set included a whole bunch of Rice Paper Walls, not just the cherry set! The matching side table is from Richabri's Family Room, and the bed started out as a freebie from Cin, the Temple--I just retextured it. Parts of the city in back are from Predatron's City blocks from Daz, and some clip art and painting. I think Patrick's texture is Mario from Daz as well.

i love how your words complement this image. the image is great and detailed, but with only a hint of the chaos you describe. it's a good setup shot, and your description makes the anticipation of chaos fun. i'm curious: why do the bad guys have traditional names while the good guys have assimilated names?
