Description

I came across this little forlorn graveyard on a backcountry road in San Diego County. I was struck by the thought that other than the little bits of color left by the deceased's friends and loved ones every thing else was bare dirt - hence the title. Enjoy

Great capture. Looks like many little cemeteries in Arizona. Gravestones, maybe some flowers, and desert gravel/sand!

Excellent image. It really conveys a feeling, kind of sad. We all fade and eventually are forgotten. At least the two in the foreground still have visitors.
