Description
The eastern side of the the tip of Point Loma in San Diego is highlighted by the Cabrillo National Monument commemorating the discovery of San Diego bay in 1542 by Juan Rodriguez Carbillo. Crabillo was the first European to set foot on the western coast of what is now the United States.
