The original version of this image (link below) had a somewhat gloomy and heavy atmosphere which, I must admit, is not my favorite kind of atmosphere. I wanted to see how this would look like in a "happier" atmosphere and I kind of liked the result and so I thought maybe I could share it with you. Sorry for the repetition.

I like this one even more !!! Now I see the guardian up the cliff. Constructive remark: Perhaps he should (TMPO) be a little smaller in relation to the great cliff formation ? :-)

Actually I do like this one better. Both were good but the lighting in this really shows off the texture of the rocks and the clouds are so cool. Nicely done redo.

beautiful scene - the lighting is a bit less dramatic - but it gives a better view on the coastline

Very nice! I like this one better. The sun brings out the details in the rock face and you've got the clouds of a bright morning. Much more upbeat.

The detail and light is breathtaking, although, I really liked the first rendition. It had such power with the clouds and mist, like the guardian was braving extreme elements to be standing there. They are both wonderful.

I like gloomy atmospheres in the right context. However this image definitely benefits from having more contrast in the rock stratiations and breaking waves etc. Also I think the cloud detail looks a bit more realistic here.
