Another window in Chicago.
There is something about this that makes my heart sing! It's so stunningly simple, so elegant, with just the right amount of detail, just the right artistic touches.
It appears that these windows actually open, a feature lacking in many more modern windows.
Everyone likes something different, and this really does it for me!

I simply love this POV and the colors! This is extremely elegant, like a somewhat minimalist version of ancient Egyptian artwork: the wonderful bas relief details, the neutral sandy color, accented by crisp and sharp blue/green. This whole image just rocks, and it's going into my favorites. And for some reason, windows and doorways seem to be on my mind a lot, but I have to say that I'm actually glad that there are no disembodied heads poking out of this beauty!

Exquisite! It is indeed elegant, the very best word for this sort of design. And I love the way that tall building reflection is confined to the one panel, and all that sky in the others! So there are some lower buildings in Chicago, too.

The architect of this building has obviously applied his/her understanding of all the modern visual design elements and principles. And he/she has been successful because so many of us are applauding the outcome here.
