Description
This is a photo that my older brother took in Dallas/Fort Worth Texas. I used Photoshop to remove two light poles, and increased intensity to the sun's rays. Then, I did some localized and whole-picture brightness adjustments. The dodge tool was used on both the flag and pole . The saturation was then increased, followed by a minor contrast adjustment. Lastly another overall brightness reduction was executed.
