Description

Good evening Renderosians! This pic from Scotland is one of our earliest: It was taken at the first day of our trip, and this here is the first moment when I have seen Loch Lomond. This is Balmaha, a small village with a few houses and pubs and a great visitor`s centre of the National Park. Once land of the clan BUCHANAN, it is now part of the "Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park", which includes the whole eastern part of Loch Lomond with the Ben Lomond (974 meters) Balmaha is a fine place to have a first look at the Loch and to excurse a little bit the lake`s shore, the "bonnie banks". I was fascinated by the clouds from the first moment in Scotland, and I could study this phenomenon every day.... Hope you enjoy this pic. Thanks for looking in and for your comments for my older pics. Your comments are always welcome, both directions.

A wonderful capture. Just a couple of facts to add to growing knowledge of Scotland, the Lock has a shoreline of 153,500m, and the volume of water is 2,600,000,000 cubic meters.Keep those pictures comeing they are really great.
