Description
Some people describe depression as “living in a black hole” or having a feeling of impending doom. However, some depressed people don't feel sad at all — instead, they feel lifeless, empty, and apathetic.
Whatever the symptoms, depression is different from normal sadness in that it engulfs your day-to-day life, interfering with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have fun. The feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness are intense and unrelenting, with little, if any, relief.
I think it is time to revisit my mental health series.

Boy, you've really nailed this mood head on. Anyone who's suffered from depression and it's truly debilitating effects has been to this despondant and desolate place. Anyone who hasn't honestly can't know just how horrific depression really is. I assure you, I've been there. Wonderful capture of feeling and emotion and outstanding lighting. I sincerely hope your own emotions level out. Really outstanding scene and mood. Definately a favorite.

I think you captured that emotion completely with this render. When my mom "crashes" she has such a sense of worthlessness she won't talk to anyone and all she wants to do is sleep.
