Description

This one is for Tunde, who likes my doors, but mostly to wish her a happy birthday! (I hope this translation is right, my friend!)

Sorry but those are Art Nouveau. Notice the lotus patterns in the upper left and right corners on the lower pannels? But it's a beautful thing indeed..:0)

Gorgeous doorway...is the material marble? It has a jade appearance and I know it certainly isn't that:-) Back to the pure business of photography...I can see why you couldn't pass this entranceway by...the clean, reflective glass, the ornamental iron work...some designer did a beautiful piece of work here and you've recorded it perfectly.

I agree that these seem to have an Art Nouveau appearance. It took me awhile to be able to distinguish the two styles but there are some distinctive differences when you know what to look for. But it makes no difference to me here because it could be Dog Patch and I'd still find this to be one of your very best doors, Tara. I love the balance, light and strong presentation.
