Description

This one's for you Efron_241. Gwen and her tall ladies will dearly be missed. And for Blackstone61 whom the render was originally for. Whom once ago had requested a Don Quixote de La Mancha render, a long time ago, but might have been yesterday... Yesterday, All my troubles seemed so far away, Now it looks as though they're here to stay, Oh, I believe in yesterday. Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be, There's a shadow hanging over me, Oh, yesterday came suddenly. Why she Had to go I don't know, she wouldn't say. I said, Something wrong, now I long for yesterday. Yesterday, Love was such an easy game to play, Now I need a place to hide away, Oh, I believe in yesterday. Why she Had to go I don't know, she wouldn't say. I said, Something wrong, now I long for yesterday. Yesterday, Love was such an easy game to play, Now I need a place to hide away, Oh, I believe in yesterday. Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm-mm. Sometimes we all long for yesterday. When the day ahead seemed brighter, not knowing or having gone through unforeseen nor expected turns of events. Events which have both impacts and repercussions. I woke up today, to check email and gallery posting notifications to find Efron_241 posted a new image. But it was more a shock and sadness to find out Efron's all but left for good, for being backlashed for being too honest. ... For this render, I've been struggling with on and off, a very fickle render indeed. Sometimes it would not complete, or have Carrara left mysteriously hanging without error message. Yet, the image wasn't quite complete until I was able to buy and apply a bridle for the horse. Yes, the image is a bit dark, though its intended to be in the evening, with the sun slowly going down, as two friends share a conversation while walking through the village. Two adventurers, a guy, his big pet cat, and his tall lady friend. Originally, it was supposed to be titled "La Mancha Femme" , a little spin on the classic literature of Don Quixote "La Mancha". For those that don't know Don Quixote, here's the Wiki page. Have fun reading. Thanks for viewing.

Excellent work on the reflection in the armor. The grass and road are also terrific.

Thanks! Grass was a grass clump prop, and I had made use of Carrara's surface replicator. It was a bit tricky to constrain the grass to the grassy areas.

I like this one! Well, I like all your images but this one spoke to me! It reminds me of time traveling, for some reason. Like maybe the girl has gone back in time and left someone behind. :-) Nice job, Jadesfire/Spacer!
