My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Do pipes like this have anything in common with broken strands in an old, weathered rope? My eye is caught by the air conditioning duct...why? I like cool. And that makes me think about hot weather in Chicago. Oh, what a tangled web we weave:-) Cool tippy shot!
koosievantutte
good shot, but no, i don't like this 'inside out' kind of buildings
Meisiekind
The light catches my eye... the crossed patterns of the pipes at the back attracts me and nothing repels. Very cool abstract image my friend! Thanks for the catching up!!! :)

My eyes are cought in the lights, but I like the whole of the image.
durleybeachbum
I like the overall pattern, and like Bill my eye goes to the duct. But, call me old-fashioned, I'm not keen on this sort of industrial ceiling in an eating house!
lizzibell
nice shot...
micturn
I'm with Meisiekind, my eye goes straight to the lights..interesting capture.
awjay
anything graphic i like.... nice patterns and lines
cfulton
Industrial for sure - I tend to focus on the eliptical duct entering from the top-left. Must be a mission to keep dust free! Abstract! Cheers, Clive

The two main beams and then the lights trailing off in the background..

My eyes wanted to go look on top of all the pipes just to see how much dust is laying there! Great shot!

Yes, I remember the old screen saver. The first thing to attract my eye was the same as cfulton. I think because the duct is massive and stops abruptly. What held my eye was the space behind the light that is shown in its entirety. I realize it is not, but it looked like empty space going up through the ceiling. Cool shot!

Yep remember the old screen saver lol, nice capture of the "ceiling" well done!!
elfin14doaks
I remember that screensaver Windows 95 and 98. Nice shot.

I think that screensaver is still in use somewhere. I remember using it, although I went for the starfield, zooming at you like a cheap Star Trek warp-speed special effect! I love the black and white treatment of this photo. I love the fact that I know this ceiling, and yet it's completely different here. It can be anywhere...even in Agara! Wonderful work and it's funny, I can almost catch a whiff of dill and pomegranates mixed with walnuts in a decadent sauce!

First of all it looks like a tall ceiling and lots of light gets in, so I would catch myself looking up...the lights are cool...beside my windows XP , I also have windows 98...I remember the pipe screensaver...cool shot
