Hi and thanks for looking. The pic above is of me at the TIGERÂ TEMPLE in Thailand First a little about me. Â I am male, Â in my 60's, Â living in Melbourne Australia. I worked as a machinist for over 40 years after serving a five year apprenticeship, seven years in the rope industry and thirty eight in the glass container industry. My main hobby has been photography ( I developed my first film ( with supervision ) when I was eight years old.) Â Sooo many years ago. I first saw poser through a friend and I was impressed. Â Poser 2 was my first purchase. It was so amazing being able to set lights and pose a model that did not complain about the cold, discomfort, taking so long, am I going to get paid for this? I have been playing with Poser, Bryce and Painter ever Since, Â thank you for reading. Live forever, Â or die trying

I read the news, too. The recession is upgraded? Is that lawyer speak for "We're now in a great depression, but at least I have a job!"? Like the render! Sleep tight, don't let the wallabies bite!

Much better posing on the Endoskeleton. He's actually alive now, and interacting with the gal there, which I presume is the now unemployed and declared alien CyberNinja personell? :) Lighting and shadow works well here. Could work as an indoor or outdoor scene. Lighting gives the EndoSkeleton highlight and shadow, really makes him appear more natural - gives the metal coating something to work with. That and the subtle lighting from the Holo News display. The gal also looks good, with the lighting giving her some highlight and shadow. I think this image does pop. We've got a story line, lighting, shadow, posing, character interaction, helps make the whole scene come alive. And personally, I can appreciate the effort you put in to posing the characters in this scene. Poser for me was always undesirable at best for posing. Sometimes its half the battle just in figuring out how you want them posed. Rome wasn't built in one day. Heck, I'm nowheres near mastering the art of rendering either. So as long as we keep trying, persevering, keep experimenting, and simply don't give up. And still try to have a bit of fun doing it. Thats what counts. So here's a pat on the back for you Noel. You gave the scene another shot, and I think it turned out better. (the last scene was still a good experiment of IDL and Terradome, so it wasn't a wasted effort either) ;) Rock on man. Have a good one. :)

This is a cool render. Great holographic effects and interaction between the characters. The lighting you used here really lets you pick out all the little details in the Terminator model. Tough times in Cyberninja land, perhaps its time for that career change;) Well done!
