...may appear smaller than they are. OH REALLY??
And yes, I know, I am not wearing an helmet, but believe me, this is the last of my problems at the moment!
I have tried some advanced techniques with this image: progressive lens blur, selective color correction, and so on. It's my first time so these effects are not perfect, forgive me.
Some statistics: created in Poser 7 (736757 polygons), rendered in Vue 6 with Superior settings (3 lights, around 11 hrs of render time), postwork in Photoshop CS4 (lens blur with z-depth map) and Paint Shop Pro 9 (color correction, lights effect, muzzle flash).
Background is the awesome "Urban Sprawl" by Stonemason available at DAZ (it's rendered, not superimposed). The cartridge cases are from "Bullet Time" by adamthwaites. Hair by Kozaburo. The outfit is a mix of Lourdes's Shadow Dancer (now free at DAZ) and Azusa2112 by orion1167&xv3d.
As usual, critiques, suggestions and comments are always welcome and appreciated. Many thanks for viewing!!!

Very good action scene. Very good POV and pose.

A wonderful image!! A small detail, if I may. Your cyclist's eyes seem crossed. If you select each eye and use the option for objects to 'point at' the mirror on the bike or a camera it should bring a little more life out in the character. I've been experimenting myself, but I don't think I'm even close to this level, yet. Again, a wonderful image!

DON'T look in that mirror!! Nice work!

Cool, I like the amount of action going on here, and the posing. I'm a Vue novice, so it's hard to comment on some of it. But with its renderer you should be able to add some reflection and glossiness to the motorcycle, along with good glass and metal materials. Love the motion blur; I tried something like that long ago in Bryce and failed badly! Good job on experimenting with these techniques for the first time!
