Description

I have captured this lovely yellow rosebud in my garden at the beginning of summer one early morning before the sun got rid of the tiny dewdrops... I also thought that the use of the flood filter is appropriate for my "news"... We had a major storm last night and apart from half my house under water from a cracked roof tile and hail blowing in through an open kitchen window, the lightning also took out my telephone and Internet. I am not sure when it will be back - it might be on when I get back home later today or it might take a week - this is Africa and anything is possible! :-) Please therefore forgive if I am tardy in commenting or not commenting at all... That is the only reason! Stay well all! Hugs, Carin xx

Thank heaven for your tile floors! I hope everything is okay, and that cleanup isn't too bad. Your rose is beautiful, and the dew makes it look like it was dipped in sugar. A lovely image!

STELLAR use of the Flood filter in this instance, Carin! The image is just gorgeous! You get all the rain, although way more than you need all at once, and we still have drought here. Sorry about the damage. And, I was wondering why you weren't commenting on my uploads lately. That explains everything, and I feel greatly relieved.
