Description

Captured 10/18/09, at the beautiful Orchid Show held in the beautiful Huntington Botanical Center and Conservatory in beautiful San Marino, California. Even better viewed full size. Last of a two part miniseries featuring this same serious couple. Probably one of my favorites in my long run of mano en mano photographer series. All of these shots were taken indoors via tripod. I still have more photog shots to show from this event in my files, so don't go away. So, tally-ho, and have a nice day/night.

I have taken a photograph of a photographer at the Mabry Mill, I was sitting across the bank from the mill just enjoying the view and taking in the small crowd there that afternoon and started observing a photographer, and watching his techniques, we actually met and talked later in the day. And had a discussion on cameras, he told me that this was his third season visiting the mill he was trying to catch it in all 4 seasons and I told him I was doing the same thing with a particular bridge near my home.. Nice work my friend..

Taking pics of photographers is the pure fun! And the serious faces, when they work. Our finest hunting ground here is the "Festival of Lights" in October, when they decorate the official buildings with light shows. Hndreds of collegues, standing behind their tripods....Looks like an alien invasion... Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I like this. Tables turned as it were. My favorite was a picture I saw once where two photographers were pointing theirs cameras at each other just as a third snapped both of them.

Nice cameras! She must have a strong back! Wonderful captures of their concentration and expressions. I like the second one of her looking down on her shot while you look down, (literally, not figuratively) on her. I love the flowers in the fourth one. They seem to have popped up, saying "Hey mister, take pictures of me, me, me!" Great shots!
