Description
Just trying to finish up a couple of models left before the end of the year. This is an Earth Force type battle cruiser "Heavily Be-weaponned". Hope you enjoy looking as much as i enjoy making. thanks again.

Nice design! If your looking for feedback and opinions, here's mine. Use or discard as you wish. :) One thing though - from having played a fair share of space flight sims like Star Wars X-wing, Tie Fighter, Xwing Vs Tie Fighter, Xwing Alliance, I found that the easiest capital class ships to tackle were those with limited turret fire arcs and blind spots. The good: You've got your front, left / lower left, right / lower right, and rear fire arcs covered nicely. Especially with the side ones being ball turrets. The bad: The entire top hull is wide open as a single blind spot. I'd say toss a low profile few dome turrets on the top hull, you don't have to go overboard as it's got lots on forward and side. Maybe 2 on each wing, and one or two on the rear spine just ahead of the engines. They don't have to be big / massive either. Other than that, I think the ship's practically ready to go.

Very nice design indeed! (You should put in a dorsal pop-up turret, so the top looks like a blind spot, until some smug fighter pilot starts his approach and then ... wham)
