Description

This is the 'other' lighthouse across the water from "The Lighthouse at Park Point Pier". Together, they guide the ships between them toward the Aerial Lift Bridge. Thank you for the comments and favorites on The Lighthouse at Park Point Pier. I am particularly happy with this group of photos. I agree that the reflections add quite a lot to this image. I particularly love the sense of color as well...the night-black background really enhances them, even though there is a hint of blue in the black; I like that as well...night is seldom as dark as people think and when you're able to catch those very subtle grades of darkness, that's a mark of true craftsmanship and a sensitive eye. This is superb work.

Stellar night shot with terrific light reflections on the water, Melinda, but where are the drug runners? They are usually around in force under these very dark conditions.
