11:00 pm, Temperature: 15F (-9C), wind chill factor 9F (-13C).
On our way home from visiting our daughter and her family, we passed a fast food restaurant and noted somebody didn't turn the fountain off! This fantastic ice sculpture resulted. Having a camera with us, I couldn't pass this chance up. Bundled up as I was, I had to remove my gloves for several shots at different angles. As I snapped away, the feeling left my fingers. That's when I knew I had to quit.

Thank you for sharing this with us, it is really beautiful and I would do the same thing if I were you. It's a nice capture with the street light shining on the left. You must have a real steady hand capturing this without a tripod. Great work!

Ice stalagtites:) Reminds me of a few caves I've visited...except the ice was limestone and the temperature was a constant 54 degrees f (12.2c).
