Description

m.c. escher not only drew his well known impossible drawings, he started studying architecture from which came his very complicate patterns. he also drew a lot of mathematical models. funny thing is he always said he could not draw.

I sit here marveling at this wonderful creation of yours. It maybe the Escher inspired you, but you are the one with the concept and the ability to create this beauty. Very timely for the holidays as well. Superb work, Koosie!

You know my fascination fot Escher's ideas. But do you know that Leonardo daVinci has made any mathematical 3D drawings?

This is brilliant and worthy of Escher, though this is wholly your own! I love the marble texture and the idea that this is something that can be "real" in 3-dimensional space. I'd love to have one of these sitting in a prominent spot in the house I don't yet own! This is gorgeous and, yes, elegant work.
